BADER FIELD, ATLANTIC CITY,NJ

NABSA EAST COAST FALL BLOKART SAIL
Bader Field, Atlantic City, N J, October 9, 10 &11
The Fall Wildwood blokart Sailing event is moving to Bader Field. After taking a poll of the Wildwood attendees who sail both sites it was unanimous that we have more sail time at Bader. No low tide time to work around and at Bader you can sail any wind direction with less wind. You can stay dry and no more sand to clean off your equipment. If someone still wants to sail the beach, low tide on Monday 10/13 is 1:30 PM, Brigantine is only 3 miles from Bader.
Bader has plenty of room for racing and practice dial up starts as well as plenty of room for individual sailing at the same time. There will be workshops on sailing  technique  and equipment. The runways and  tie down area are in excellent conditon. The only  problem you might have is wearing out tires if the wind is stong and you are pushing it.
I do pay a daily fee of $300.00 to rent the airport; attendees will be expected to chip in to cover the cost.
South West flies into Philadelphia (PHL), 64 miles from Bader Field. Atlantic City (ACY) airport is 10 miles away and has limited service.
Lodging:   There is a Knights Inn directly across from Bader Field. (It is within walking distance across the street) that is offering lodging for $59.00 a night + tax.
Knights Inn, 500 N. Albany Ave, (Black Horse Pike, Rt. 322) Atlantic City NJ 08401, call direct 609-348-1100. Mention North American Blokart Sailing.
